I'm not able to test the seed release at the moment. My developer membership
lapsed and I had trouble renewing it, so I currently have no access to seeds.
I did just now verify that I get the error when running the sample app on
10.12.1:
FMGetFontFamilyTextEncoding

FontNum=-18393, result from FMGetFontFamilyTextEncoding=-50
