When my app runs on a Mac with a Retina display, text drawn by
NSOpenPanel looks fuzzy. The "High Resolution Guidelines for OS X" say
that "Cocoa text automatically renders sharper at higher resolutions",
so I would think I wouldn't have to do anything special about
NSOpenPanel/NSSavePanel dialogs?
