Hey Eric, While you are talking about this stuff, is there any way to do the equivalent of Carbon floating windows (e.g. windows that are always on top of the app’s windows, but not on top of all the other app’s windows, and can be made to not auto-hide when the app deactivates) in Cocoa?
It seems like the closest equivalent in Cocoa just floats the window on top of everything, and then hides it if the application is deactivated. But the Carbon window group/floating window stuff is the behavior I’d like to have. I can’t figure out how to make Cocoa do it though... B.J.
