Hi Ruchith; In the case of the build from the branch - the issues seems to be related to building Axis2. Can you please try to build Axis2 version separately - which you checked out along with 2.0.1 platform.
Also - FYI if you want to build IS 2.0.1 - then you only need to checkout from [1] and build only the Identity Project - since all the carbon related artifacts are in maven repos. If you also want to build carbon platform manually - then [1] will also check you out the Carbon 2.0. platform as well and you can build platform with build.sh.
