Yes you are correct. This is because Carbon trunk depends on Axis2 trunk. Then the proper version range would be [1.6.0, 1.7.0). If we keep the version range as [1.5.0, 1.7.0), it means that Axis2 trunk is backward compatible with Axis2 1.5.x branch. Same with Axiom version range. Carbon depends on Axiom trunk and its version is 1.2.9.SNAPSHOT. But the version range is [1.2.8, 1.3.0). It should be corrected to [1.2.9, 1.3.0).
