There was a svn external to carbon-platform in BPS 1.1.0 branch, because at that time products were in separate location. I fixed that.
I think we can move axis2, ode, synapse, rampart, sandesha, rhino, wss4j, savan, xmlsec, transports in to one top level directory because most of them are apache libraries that we use except rhino. But there are some other wso2 projects like commons and p2.
