Hi devs, One of the responsibilities of Component Manager(CM) is, the provisioning of Carbon base Products. This implies that CM should also provision Carbon. Hence CM should ideally be in Carbon project. WDYT? If there no objections, I will move the CM code to Carbon project on Tuesday
