Following doc issues need to be fix in BAM.
1. No context sensitive help page available for bam-server-config.
2. Copyright is obsolete in
a. carbon/docs/about.html. it still shows 2008-2009
b. Copyright page footer of bam-admin console pages.
3. Carbon version of the BAM about page is incorrect. It should be 2.0.3
4. License file need be updated.
