As we know, Carbon is much more than OSGi. Hence the component manager also
should be something more than a generic OSGi provisioning tool. The
component manager should provide more Carbon related functionality in
addition to OSGi & P2 related functionality. Some additional functionality
that must be supported include;
1. UI bundles
Web contexts etc.
2. Special headers
3. Component start order
4. Axis2 Services, modules other special types (e.g. mediators) within
bundles. Permissions of these services
5. Service components & OSGi services exposed within bundles.
6. Ability to search for specific services, components, Web context across
installed bundles
