All carbon products will have a dashboard in the coming release. However,
adding the menu needs to be done at the product level and I don't think it's
done in this particular build.
After adding the dashboard feature to your product, you need to add a menu
link pointing to ../dashboard/index.jsp?name={name-of-the-dashboard}
