Carbon feature repository is added to the location where products builds
available. Please update the following parameters in axis2_client.xml before
you do any provisioning work.
<parameter name="SO_TIMEOUT">1000000</parameter>
<parameter name="CONNECTION_TIMEOUT">1000000</parameter>
I tried to set these values in axis2 client stub, but it seems there is a
bug in Axis2 trunk.
