Sorry for not giving reasons in the previous mail. :)

It's because even though it is for the client side usage, it is a
deployment. For example, addressing.mar is picked up from this client repo.
Other than that, some products copy additional modules, libs etc. into this
client repository. And also it is more consistent to have both client side
and server side repos in parallel, rather than having those in two different
loactions. So those are the main reasons.
