No, the current model is wrong since the menu is embedded into the UI 
bundle, that I agree. We need to extract out the menu from the UI bundle.

We do not need to do any special thing for this release, we need to 
extract out the menu from the UI bundle, and have a new menu for the MS.

We need to really use our new branching strategy with the phased out 
release model, folks how can we get a new component version for the 
chunk2 products with the new branching strategy....??
