I don't think so, is happen to two persons in two different pc's at the same time, and begins to run well to both at the same time.

The most probable cause can be a corrupt browser cache. The best option would be to clear the browser cache and re-load the portal page. For logged in users, this won't happen because all data is stored in the server.
