As the first option, I tried without a declarative service and exported the
packages from my bundle. Then I added the bundle to the dropins. But when
the server starts up it throws a Class not found exception. I started the
server with -DosgiConsole option and ran diag command on the above mentioned
bundle and it's stating "no unresolved constraints". Therefore, I am
assuming there is nothing wrong with the bundle.

I think there might be a class loading issue. That's why I thought of
writing a declartive service and load the my bundle first.

I might need your help in resolving this.
