Hi devs,
Currently I'm working on the carbon-feature-manager upgrades. I'm
executing the tasks as per the review notes given to me by sameera.
We are going to incorporate these changes in the upcoming stratos release.

follow the same ui design as service listing page.

remove last two timestamps in installed history page.

truncate wso2 carbon prefix, "Feature" suffix
sort the feature listing. including the sub trees. Sorting should not
happen in the back-end.
remove the backend sorting feature.- no patch applied
remove provider column and it to the more info page.
show the description using a tool tip. (use ajax)
with a default repo and we shouldn't allow to remove the default one.
show the raw folder structure when you click the p2 repo
if( a single repo) just show it
otherwise all available repo:
//remove more info and link it with the feature name. - this was not
done, since we felt this is not good
