Yes auto scaling is already integrated, when you run -n 3 auto scale
check the available instances and at the beginning it's 0 so it start
three instances and if one nodes go down, Task is going to start
another node and add it to load-balancer configuration. Currently we
are doing this in code level and starting instances is done by auto
scaling from the beginning.
Have we load tested this feature? I'd like to potentially
recommend this to some of our high volume customers but we need to
do some serious load tests first of course.
Damitha did some load tests to measure the performance in Desktop
machines and hopefully we got exactly same performance in normal case
and 2 instance case.
May be we can load test with more cores to see whether there is any
advantage

Tested on trunk, it works fine but there's a single issue when
try to login to load-balancing node management console. This
is due to some code added to carbon-core (multi tenant
related). Will look in to this and fix it.
