Hi Shi Liangliang,

In our initial C-App design in Carbon, we tried to install C-App artifacts
as p2 features. Advantage of this approach is that we can get needed Carbon
features installed into the system through artifact features. But we got rid
of this approach because we can't install features in our Cloud environment.
Therefore, in order to support C-Apps in Stratos, we removed the usage of p2
features for installing C-App artifacts.

Therefore, this particular comment in ApplicatonManager is no longer valid
and I have to change it. Now the C-App is a collection of folders which can
include artifacts with artifact.xml files. What deployer does is copying
those artifacts into relevant locations. So now you don't have to worry
about p2 features in C-Apps.

Thanks,
~Isuru
