Let's say that you have a Maven project structured project which is producing Axis2 Archive (.aar) file when you build (*clean install*) it. If you want to use this Maven project to create a C-App with an Axis2 service, then you just need to import the maven project to the Eclipse workspace (after running mvn eclipse:eclipse) and select the 4th option (*Axis2 service Maven Projects in the workspace*) from the Axis2 Artifact creation wizard. Then you can point to the maven project you want to use and create your Axis2 service using that maven project. So if you are following Maven project structure, you can create your C-App without changing anything at all. This is true for other artifacts as well. But for the moment we are planning only to support Axis2 artifacts and this feature will be available for other artifacts in our next release.
