why can't you create folder with the time stamp under temp folder and create
a folder with proper name within it?
eg. temp/1234590/helloServiceClient

If a user generates these clients for many services how he suppose to
remember to which service he create the client? Only option is to create
folders for each service and store these files with timestamp names.
