Hi Charitha, $subject has fallen through the cracks in our App-Server deployment guidelines. We need to properly add this, as this might vary from AS to AS.
Also, one thing in general is that these deployment guidelines are maintained at several locations. How about moving them to the Carbon wiki, so that they are available in a one-single place.
