Hi devs, 1) The project artifcats released with WSO2 Carbon Core 3.1.0 have been deployed to WSO2 maven2 repository[1]. These artifacts are from dependencies, orbits and carbon core projects.
2) All the released projects have been graduated, i.e. removed them from root pom.xml files. Now the build time should get reduced, since you are not building Carbon core related artifacts anymore.
