Yes. Both chunks are based on Carbon 3.1.0 and it is completely ok to have
new versions of components based Carbon Core 3.1.0.

I was bit confused to see 3.1.1 versions of dashboard components, since we
haven't released 3.1.0 yet. Its my bad and I wasn't aware of the decision to
create 3.1.1 branch for dashboard.
