I am sorry, it seems i was not fully aware about the convention. According
to this conversation, i understood following,
We should not keep any code other than converting third party libraries to
OSGi bundles in orbit.

I will take necessary steps to move existing code to apacheds component as a
private package.

Converting apacheds libraries to an orbit bundle is one role of this
apacheds orbit component.
