Yes, I faced the same issue a few months ago. [Find the mail titled
"orbit/wsdl-validator builds huge corrupted jar when rebuilding" in
carbon-dev].
It actually copies its built files in target directory recursively and
builds a corrupted huge file (upto few GBs!). mvn clean install (as it
deletes the target directory first before building) will work.

At that time, no one was able to reproduce the issue; so I thought, it was
some local issue of mine. Let's clean before build, as always.
