This WSDL was generated from code by Axis2. I just opened it up in XMLSpy
and tried to validate it. Updating the binding if the port type is changed
is understandable. e.g. if you add a new operation, or if you change input,
output or fault messages, you'd have to make the corresponding changes to
the bindings which implement that port type. In this case, it seems the
generated HttpBinding is erroneous.
