Here are the steps to get the JMS working.

1. Remove geronimo-jms_1.1_spec-1.1.0.wso2v1.jar from
repository/components/plugin
2. Drop the client jars ( activemq-core-5.2.0.jar,
geronimo-jms_1.1_spec-1.1.1.jar, geronimo-j2ee-management_1.0_spec-1.0.jar)
into lib/core/WEB-INF/lib.

The JMS API (geronimo-jms_1.1_spec-1.1.1.jar) should be removed from the
plugin folder by default it seems and let users to provide the API and the
impl.
