Shankar also told me that Carbon build no longer works since the Maven
dependency length exceeds the Windows path limit. Again, I think by changing
the Maven repo location to something like; C://m2 we can survive for a bit
longer. This can be done by changing the repo location in the Maven
settings.xml which is found in the default location.
