Hi Amila,

Displaying of menu items is controlled by permissions, and I believe that
this can be done by having a specific permission set based on the
availability of the user store. Also, as of now, menu items can only have a
single permission associated with it, and I've already suggested to make it
possible to have more than one permission, making this even easier to
implement.
