Sporadically the error arise in server restarts as fatal error. This still happen in ESB 3.0.1 under development, we know that the solution under production is turning hot update and hot deployment off. Jorge. But yes, we have noticed this issue in the latest releases as well and we have not been able to isolate the exact steps to reproduce the issue.
