Why is ESB special in case of key stores? Due to NIO ?

What goes into identity.XML?

We need a one stop shop KB on this. First address the common setting.
Then mention the product specific stuff. The current one is too
focused on G-Reg.

Also, we do not have info like where to copy third party libs etc. A
those independent of app server?

Can we have this KB written soon? And would like to review.
