Just like GMail asks whether we'd like to discard unsaved emails when we try to go away from the email composing page, we should confirm this from the user in certain components such as the DS Qizard, Proxy service creation wizard, XACML policy editor etc. We can have a common function in the Carbon UI framework, and use it from the relevant components.
