That's what has been in place for the benefit of Stratos (due to some
deployment issues). We have discussed the same during the recent meeting on
Stratos Deployment, and it was agreed to move this into the config registry
(where it was initially stored). In general, +1 for making this
configurable. But, let's always have a default.
