Hi Harshana, The sample you quoted is the ShoppingCart sample. ShoppingCart sample I download from SVN repository is not an ant build project, instead it is a maven project.

ShoppingCart sample is one of the samples ships with WSO2 Data Services Server. Therefore you can follow the sample guide in your Data Services server installation[2]. It provides a way to run the sample in the manner you need without worrying about other configuration details.
