jmx MBeans Monitoring for NHTTP

ConnectionsViewMBeans --> include interface docs
possibility to refactor getConnectionsXXX methods ,
for performance reasons use ++i instead of i++
MBeanRegistrar --> #registerMBean not throws an exception in a failure ,
hence nhttp mbean will keep running scheduler,etc without cleaning up .
ConnectionsViewMBeans --> include interface docs
ThreadingViewMBeans --> include interface docs
refactor constants used() , add a constant to "park" Thread
