Actually I'm following the scenario you're point out (after a svn up),
buiding (in this order):
mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true

dependencies/axis2/modules/tool/axis2-aar-maven-plugin
dependencies/axis2/modules/tool/axis2-mar-maven-plugin
dependencies
orbit
core
components
features
products (all)

and at the features directory I added "neethi.version.mashup:2.0.4.wso2v1"
because an error was thrown. With this change I was able to compile
succesfully the features (products still compiling). Notice that I'm
building all the Carbon project because I'm following some old blog entries
to be able to run Stratos and I don't know exactly which modules are
required.
