This jar is downloaded from the Jboss maven repository. But When we add this repository we get that maven skin:RELEASE issue(This was discussed earlier). Hence we have commented out that repository as a temporary measure.
This error occurs not due to a compilation failure, it occurs due this this missing rhq jar file. If you uncomment the Jboss repository in the carbon platform pom.xml, you should be able to build this caching module. Thanks Sameera.
