Hi, status about the deploying of artifacts to the repo.
As transitive dependencies are still to be fixed in orbit, we decided not to deploy them right now. As per the trunk/dependencies, there were few issues. One is that we are having fixed versions for the artifacts which are under frequent modifications. And some dependencies have fixed version and do not change over time frequently, and of course snapshot versions which is the correct way that should be in the trunk. here is the categorized list, deployed: ------------- commons/wsdl-validator carbon-p2-plugin commons/caching commons/eventing commons/throttle commons/xkms commons/pwprovider shindig webharvest xmlschema jsr107cache ode cassendra didnt deploy ---------------- wsdl4j - janaka did some version changes, will test it and deploy abdera -janaka is looking into this. Will be having a modification soon. Will deploy asap. wss4j rampart sandesha synapse transports axis2 - all above 6 are branched to the new 3.2.0 branch and current trunk points to those. And all these are having frequent modifications. But as the version are fixed I cannot deploy to the maven repo. Need to have a discussion about this and come to a solution, at-least temporarily until release is done. qpid - this doesn't has maven deploy goal as the build is done using ant. Have to manually deploy. Got an error in doing so.
