Denis, please let us know if the way Harshana has mentioned did not solve
the issue.. Then we can try the following:
The error in the log file:
java.io.IOException: Target:
/home/carbon/carbon/products/is/modules/p2-profile-gen/product/target/wso2carbon-core-3.2.0-SNAPSHOT/repository/components/../conf/claim-config.xml
already exists
at
org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.touchpoint.natives.actions.CopyAction.xcopy(CopyAction.java:150)
above might have been caused by two identity features [1] trying to install
same file and one allows to overwrite it while other doesn't allow to
overwrite it as mentioned in their respective p2.inf files.
But there is no recent changes to these files. And unfortunately I can not
reproduce this either locally. So as Harshana has mentioned, this might have
occurred after introducing incremental build.
So if what Harshana has mentioned did not solve the issue, I can try
changing p2.inf of
features/identity/identity-provider/org.wso2.carbon.identity.provider.server.feature,
to overwrite the above file.

org.wso2.carbon.identity.relying.party.server.feature
