Hi Sameera, Pradeep, We need to treat https://wso2.org/jira/browse/CARBON-5249 with the highest priority. Pradeep you mentioned that you tried upgrading to the latest Equinox version. Did you try restarting using the OSGi console? Did the Equinox upgrade solve this issue?
