I tried this on my machine. Restarted WSO2Carbon around 12 times. I got the
following permgen issue.

at java.net.URLClassLoader.access$000(URLClassLoader.java:56)
at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:195)
at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:188)

Also I'v used the following JVM parameters
-Xms256m -Xmx512m -XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -d64
-XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:-UseGCOverheadLimit
-XX:+CMSClassUnloadingEnabled -server
