If you've used custom exceptions in Admin Services and caught those in the stub, please double check the functionality of the component (for cases where those exceptions are generated) with the latest Carbon trunk.
For example, in module management component, we've used Custom exceptions to validate user requests to engage modules. But the proper exception was not thrown in the client side. This was because we have WSDL's generated for older Axis2 versions. To fix this, I had to generated the WSDL for the latest Axis2 version and use it when generating the stub. There can be other components which does the same. Please test and use new WSDLs if there are issues.
