By default the SSL configuration of the Qpid broker component is turn off in
trunk. We need to enable the SSL port as well for using the broker with CSG
etc.. So I'll change the Qpid broker SSL configuration to have following.
Also note that we'll be using the wso2carbon.jks as the keystore for Qpid
broker.
