Hi all,

$subject. This is because, lots of changes accumulating in our local
checkouts and it's hard to manage it. People might forget all the places to
commit if we keep local changes for a long time. And also we can't resolve
issues even though those are fixed.

On the other hand, QA is complaining about the quality of the provided
packs. But nobody can fix those as the code is frozen. So it's better to
unfreeze the code ASAP.
