Hiranya, Please make sure you have updated and built dependencies/qpid and orbit/qpid. It looks for config files in conf/advanced/ as opposed to conf/advanced/etc. Also the config files are qpid-config.xml, qpid-virtualshosts.xml, etc that reside inside conf/advanced.
