As I mentioned in another thread, even I have noticed the same. And, worst case is that some responses never make it to the BE for a long time. I verified this by setting breakpoints. However, I could not figure out what causes this as its very unpredictable. Noticed the same on ESB, G-Reg and even on the Carbon server distribution that Azeez shared for testing the restart functionality.
