Review Notes for Templates UI -
1. correct typos on sequence templates ui (ie:- correct "registry
templates" ,hide unrelated ui artifacts,etc)
2. drop description coloumns from template and endpoint editor listings
and include tooltips for description
3. remove parameter table headers in template/endpoint editor ui's
4. fix dynamic xpath ui in call-template mediator
5. give options to user when selecting target templates for call
template mediator. Users should be given an option either to use parameters
of a pre-defined template or to define parameters of a new tempalte..
