It seems that some RMs are taking ages to smoke test the packs. The QA need newer packs ASAP. So please ensure that QA folks have smoke tested packs within 4 hours of initial build mail. And that should include re-packing in case the pack is broken.
We are down to a tight timeline in terms of testing, so we need to be robust in providing new packs to QA setup.
