Folks, We have planned to split the product teams into two parts: 1. Release team - will work on fixing L1s & L2s, and this will be their primary responsibility 2. Patch verification team - this team will own verifying all patches given for their products. They will be responsible for setting up the test environments, writing test cases to verify patches and verifying patches.
The PMs should decide how the team is split. It should roughly be a 50-50 split. Let's discuss further details at 130. Thanks Azeez
