Seems like the Stratos Activation handler has caused the issue. Following warning is printed in a few places.
2011-05-11 12:04:38,356 [-] ["http-nio-9452"-exec-45] WARN ActivationHandler Failed attempt to access WSO2 Stratos Enterprise Service Bus by tenant 1 So seems like an issue with the ESB service activation. I will set this up locally and try to reproduce. Ideally we should handle these sort of issues more gracefully. For example, redirecting them to an static error page which shows the possible reasons for this failure. We have a similar page in Stratos. So we need to link it with the Activation Handler.
